Client Responsibilities

- Comply with applicable laws and platform policies
Delays caused by the client may impact timelines and results.
Payments & Billing
- All fees are agreed upon prior to service commencement
- Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule (monthly, milestone-based, or one-time)
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy
No Guaranteed Results
While we strive to deliver measurable outcomes, digital marketing results depend on multiple external factors. AXIS SOLUTION LLC does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes.
Intellectual Property
- Any materials created by AXIS SOLUTION LLC remain our property until full payment is received
- Upon full payment, agreed deliverables may be transferred to the client
- We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement.
Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta). We are not responsible for:
- Changes in platform policies or algorithms
- Account suspensions or restrictions imposed by third parties
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AXIS SOLUTION LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services.
Termination
- Either party may terminate services with prior written notice
- No refunds will be issued for services already rendered
- Any outstanding payments must be settled upon termination
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or governmental actions.
Governing Law
