Service-Based Nature
All services provided by AXIS SOLUTION LLC are intangible and performance-based, including but not limited to SEO, paid advertising, social media management, and consulting. Once work has commenced, resources are allocated and cannot be reversed.
No Full Refunds After Work Begins
- Once a project or monthly service has started, no full refunds will be issued.
- This includes strategy development, campaign setup, research, or any executed work.
Partial Refund Eligibility
Partial refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- If a cancellation request is made before significant work has been completed
- If services have not yet been fully delivered as agreed
Any approved refund will be calculated based on the work completed and resources used up to the cancellation date.
Monthly Retainer Services
- Monthly services are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins
- Clients may cancel future billing by providing notice at least 7 days before the next billing date
One-Time Projects
- Payments for one-time services (e.g., website design, setup, or audits) are non-refundable once the project has started
- If the project is canceled early, only unused portions may be considered for partial refund
Client Responsibilities
Refunds will not be issued if delays or performance issues arise due to:
- Lack of communication or delayed responses from the client
- Failure to provide required materials, approvals, or access
- Changes in project scope after work has begun
Performance Disclaimer
While we strive to deliver measurable results, digital marketing outcomes can vary based on multiple external factors. We do not guarantee specific results, and refunds will not be issued based on performance expectations alone.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Legal action if necessary
